團隊目前由6人組成,其中教授3人、副教授2人、中級1人、博士3人、在讀博士1人、碩士2人;參與本團隊研究工作的在讀研究生5人。在團隊人員組成中,享受湖北省政府特殊津貼專家2人、中國化工學會精細化工專業(yè)委員會委員1人,核心期刊、中國化工學會精細化工專業(yè)委員會會刊《精細化工》雜志編委1人。
近年來,本團隊主要致力于天然產(chǎn)物及生物活性物質(zhì)研究。主要有以下幾個方面:特色植物厚樸中天然活性物質(zhì)和厚樸酚的分離、提取及抗植物病菌、抗動脈粥樣硬化作用機理研究;天然產(chǎn)物衍生物化學合成及其生物活性研究,包括具有抗植物真菌病、促進細胞分裂等活性的化合物;環(huán)境微生物的抗腫瘤活性;武陵地區(qū)特色芳香天然產(chǎn)物香氣成分及其合成。
本團隊共承擔科研項目20余項,其中主持國家自然科學基金項目6項、主持和參與湖北省高等學校優(yōu)秀中青年科技創(chuàng)新團隊計劃項目2項、主持湖北省自然科學基金項目多項。2009年以來,發(fā)表論文100余篇,17篇被SCI、EI收錄;本團隊出版著作2部;獲得授權發(fā)明專利4項。
