報(bào)告摘要:In this talk, we studied HIV infection models including the two transmission modes. We analyze the model by deriving the basic reproduction number and investigating the stability of equilibria. Sensitivity analysis and numerical simulation show that the viral load is still sensitive to the change of the treatment effectiveness in blocking cell-free virus infection. To reduce this sensitivity, we modify the model by including density-dependent infected cell death or HIV latent infection. In the end, we formulated and solved the optimal control problem for the age-structured model. The necessary condition for minimization of the viral level and the cost of drug treatment were obtained and numerical simulations of various optimal control strategies were performed.
報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介:王霞,博士,河南省特聘教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,河南省學(xué)術(shù)技術(shù)帶頭人,河南省高層次人才,河南省杰出青年,河南省高校科技創(chuàng)新人才,河南省優(yōu)秀碩士學(xué)位論文指導(dǎo)教師,河南省高校青年骨干教師,河南省教學(xué)標(biāo)兵,國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金通訊評(píng)審專家。2013年博士畢業(yè)于哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué),2014年5月-2016年12月在陜西師范大學(xué)從事博士后研究工作;曾先后訪問(wèn)美國(guó)奧克蘭大學(xué)、香港理工大學(xué)、美國(guó)佛羅里達(dá)大學(xué)。主要從事生物數(shù)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的研究工作,在Bull. Math. Biol.、J. Theor. Biol.等國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)期刊發(fā)表論文40余篇;主持國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金4項(xiàng)、河南省杰出青年基金等省部級(jí)項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng)、河南省高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)、河南省高校科技創(chuàng)新人才等廳級(jí)項(xiàng)目4項(xiàng);獲河南省自然科學(xué)優(yōu)秀論文獎(jiǎng)10余項(xiàng)。
