報告人簡介：張偉年，1984年畢業(yè)于北京大學數(shù)學系，并于1990年獲北京大學博士，研究微分方程與動力系統(tǒng)。現(xiàn)任四川大學教授、博導、二級教授，數(shù)學學院院長，國家杰出青年基金獲得者。曾應(yīng)邀赴英國華威(Warwick)大學、加拿大滑鐵盧(Waterloo)大學、美國楊伯翰（Brigham Young）大學、德國克勞斯塔(Clausthal)理工大學、法國南特(Nantes)中央大學、波蘭西里西亞(Silesian)大學等進行科研合作。1994年獲中國青年科技獎，2002年獲第四屆“高校青年教師獎”，2008年獲國家杰出青年基金，2009年獲國家教學成果二等獎，2018年主持國家自然科學重點基金并獲教育部自然科學一等獎。

報告摘要： Iteration, repeating the same, is a simple operation, but it is important in the informatic era and difficult because of its nonlinearity. This talk surveys the recent advances on iteration and fractional iteration. Furthermore, the advances on various classes of iterative equations are introduced. We also discuss related topics on embeddability of discrete dynamical systems and input-to-state stability of continuous dynamical systems.
